A Day in the Life :
Medical Records Management : Compile, process, and maintain complete and accurate medical records for all residents.
Chart Oversight : Audit, close out, and thin medical charts as required. Copy and send charts to requesting attorneys while ensuring confidentiality.
Data and Compliance : Verify accuracy in electronic health records, maintain databases, and release necessary information in compliance with regulations.
Administrative Support : File paperwork, make photocopies, and monitor resident data for safety and treatment outcomes.
