Join Our Team as a Concierge!
We are seeking a Concierge to support our residents’ service needs, including bed management, compliance, and resident satisfaction. The Concierge will work closely with the Director of Admissions and assist new families in transitioning to their new environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct facility tours for new residents.
- Create resident medical records in PointClickCare.
- Manage daily census activities and maintain paper census.
- Communicate room readiness and admission updates to teams.
- Oversee resident agreements via RESIDE within 72 hours of admission.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Positive communication with patients and families.
- Experience in Long-Term Care or customer service preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- CNA license and Care Transition Unit experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Walking, bending, lifting, and other physical tasks.
