Housekeeping Director Key Duties
Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
