Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Housekeeping Director for a long-term care facility in Live Oak, Florida.
Housekeeping Director position is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards.
Housekeeping Director Key Duties
- Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Housekeeping Director Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of Environmental Services experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospital, and our healthcare required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Knowledge of OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations, and survey process.
