We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as a Regional Housekeeping Manager for multiple Skilled Long-term Care facilities located in North Jersey, New Jersey.
The Regional Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple environmental services accounts within local, state, and federal guidelines, client relations, along with ensuring that the housekeeping services offered to the customer are of superior quality.

Regional Housekeeping Manager Key Duties:
- Oversee multiple nursing facility accounts.
- Ensure the Housekeeping and Laundry Department is operating within all local, state, and federal regulations. Ability to successfully manage the Dept. of Health Survey process.
- Provides leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the Housekeeping and Laundry Service quality standards.
- Develop and maintain positive client and customer relationships.
- Successful fiscal management, achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Regional Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:
- Must have long-term care skilled nursing home care experience. Minimum 2 years multi-site housekeeping management experience.
- Proven track record of financial performance.
- Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills verbally and in writing.
- High school diploma or GED required.
