What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Skilled Nursing and Rehab Care?
Long Term Care facility is looking to hire a full-time experienced Staffing Coordinator to maintain shift schedules of all nursing personnel and assist with orientation. The optimal candidate should have experience in staffing specifically in the Nursing Home Field. Must be able to multi-task and be a team player.
Qualifications of Scheduler:
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience in health care.
- Must have one year of staffing experience.
- High School equivalent education, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate business management.
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
- Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Virginia
