Fulltime Housekeeping Director available for a skilled nursing facility in Cumberland, RI area!
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in a Housekeeping Director position required; preferably in skilled nursing!
- Direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department
- Assigns daily schedule and work orders to all staff in the departments
- Understands and is able to manage daily staffing hours
- Must be knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in a Senior Living facility
- Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, and safety and sanitation
- Must be able to identify additional cleaning needs and adjust schedule to meet those needs
- Must be able to make daily rounds to assure that housekeeping staff are performing required duties
- Primary Series of the COVID Vaccine Required
