Our 124-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the heart of Stamford, CT remains committed to providing quality, gentle, compassionate care while continuing to expand our staff of Healthcare Professionals.
- The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) is resonsible for the nursing team and quality of patient services in the absense of the Director of Nursing
- The Assistant Director of Nursing supervises, analyzes, delegates and evaluates nursing activities and ensures patient comfort and care
- The Assistant Director of Nursing chairs meetings specific to the nursing strategic plan
- The Assistant Director of Nursing assists with State Federal Survey Preparedness
- The Assistant Director of Nursing works within the focus of quality assurance and performance improvement
- The Assistant Director of Nursing leads the standards of care team with focus on quality measures
- The Assistant Director of Nursing provides bedside care in emergencies
Qualified Applicant will possess:
- Current unemcumbered State of CT Registered Nurse License
- Current CPR, BLS, AED Certification
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong clinical and nursing assessment skills
