Shift : PM shift (exact hours to be discussed)
Employment Type : Full-Time available
Specialty : Long-Term Care (LTC)
Key Responsibilities :
Provide clinical oversight and leadership to nursing staff during the PM shift
Ensure delivery of high-quality care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
Monitor residents’ conditions, administer treatments, and manage emergency situations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Qualifications :
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-Term Care (LTC) supervisory experience required
Strong acute clinical skills — experience handling complex medical situations
Ventilator experience is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
