Activity Director Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that caters to the interests and abilities of residents.
- Schedule and manage daily activities, ensuring a balanced mix of recreational therapy, social events, and educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with staff to create a supportive environment that encourages resident participation.
- Assess residents' needs and preferences to tailor activities accordingly, providing personalized care.
- Organize special events and outings that foster community engagement and enhance resident enjoyment.
- Maintain accurate records of participation and feedback to continually improve programming.
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers assisting with activities, ensuring they are well-prepared to engage with residents.

Activity Director Qualifications
- Proven experience in schedule management within a caregiving or healthcare setting.
