Lead and direct the overall operations of a region of facilities in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the company's business objectives.
The ideal Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RDO) candidate will :
- Be extremely focused on clinical operations, services, employee engagement.
- Collaborate with a regional team and Facility Administration
- Achieve high clinical outcomes.
- Drive census, maximize revenue, and actively reduce risk and waste.
- Understand operations in South Carolina
