Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to uphold and enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
- Lead and facilitate staff education initiatives while serving as the Infection Control Officer.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and promote effective communication among nursing teams.
- Address the medical and nursing needs of all residents consistently.
- Plan and coordinate nursing services throughout the facility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and theories.
- Oversee the complete and timely documentation of medical records.
- Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new nursing staff.
- Adapt to changing demands with a willingness to maintain a flexible schedule.
Qualifications :
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Benefits Include :Schedule : Monday to Friday
Experience Required : Supervisory experience of at least 2 years (preferred)
License / Certification : RN (Required)
Commute Requirements : Must be able to commute to the facility in Brooklyn, NY (Required)
Relocation : Must be willing to relocate to Brooklyn, NY before starting work (Required)
