Dietary Manger/Kitchen Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Managing daily foodservice operations.
- Interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
- Interacting with residents to ensure their satisfaction.
- Organizing staff working schedules.
- Carrying out inventory management.
- Designing standards and procedures for food preparation.
- Developing resident-specific dietary programs and diverse eating options.
- Ensuring safe storage and preparation of food.
You’ll be A Great Dietary Manager Because:
- You are certified by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
- You Completed a Dietary Manager Exam.
- You have experience in foodservice management.
- You are highly organized and responsible.
