- Oversee all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation
- Manage catering services for events and special occasions
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified kitchen and service staff
- Implement and maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food service management within the hospitality or food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
