Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an Admissions Director Team Lead to join their team! The Admissions Director Team Lead will collaborate with the Business Development Team to implement and refine strategies designed to increase and sustain patient and resident admissions within rehabilitation and long-term care services. Additionally, the Admissions Director Team Lead will provide mentorship and strategic direction, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all facilities.
Admissions Director Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities :
- Will maintain a weekly schedule of all facility admission directors and fill-in for any absent days including, but not limited to; MOD days off, sick or vacation time,
- Administer the weekly therapy census reports and work with the facilities to correct any incorrect payer types,
- Reconcile AssessmentPro census monthly for all facilities and address any gaps in screens including, but not limited to; obtaining screens and requesting post screens,
- Responsible for monitoring and assisting with all open MSP cases,
- Review of the facility authorization logs on a monthly basis ,
- Prepare and distribute monthly compliance reports for assigned facilities,
- Responsible for training, oversight and review of the monthly VOB process,
- Administer quarterly Petty Cash audits,
- Special Projects as assigned.
