Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide patient care in MedSurg and Telemetry units, specializing in orthopedic care. This role requires flexibility to float to like units and to assist in ICU or ED for MedSurg-level patients if needed.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care based on MedSurg and Telemetry protocols.
- Float to similar units as required.
- Assist in ICU or ED as a helping hand for MedSurg-level patients.
- Maintain patient documentation using Epic EMR system.
- Demonstrate adherence to nursing standards and hospital policies.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong experience in MedSurg Orthopedics and Telemetry.
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- BLS Certification: Required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
