*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
*Duties*
- Supervise and manage construction sites, subcontractors, and personnel
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of construction plans
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards on job sites
- Coordinate project scheduling and ensure timely completion
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Utilize construction management software such as BuilderTrend and Bluebeam for project tracking
*Experience*
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
- Strong project scheduling skills
- Knowledge of construction site management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
