What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Site Foreman position at Skilled Trades Partners?
We are hiring for a Site Foreman opportunity in Newington NH.
The candidate should have at least 2 years of construction site and demolition experience. Previous Supervision experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who can supervise all site activities and maintain safety compliance at all times.
Responsibilities/ requirements include:
- Maintains a safe working environment at all times for crew members and adheres to OSHA safety standards
- Anticipates problems and proactively comes up with solutions
- Must be willing to travel on certain occasions
- At least 2 years of on-site experience. Experience supervising crews of 4-6 workers preferred.
- Working knowledge of construction codes
- Working knowledge of construction applications, systems, and materials
- Proficient in reading project plans and blueprints
