Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut framing materials to exact specifications.
- Install framing systems for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
- Ensure all framing is plumb, square, and level according to blueprints.
- Install drywall sheets, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
- Tape, mud, and finish drywall seams to achieve a smooth surface.
- Perform sanding and touch-up work to prepare surfaces for painting.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of work.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- MUST HAVE 2-3yrs of experience as a Framer and Drywall finisher in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to framing and drywall work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Location & Details of Employment:
This is an on-location job MUST BE: (In Peachtree City, FL area)
- Will REQUIRE reliable transportation.
- The Job Hours are:7am – 4pm
- MUST HAVE – own Tools & PPE
