Job Overview:
We are currently seeking only ONE - Experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team on a contract basis. This Experienced Plumber will be working at the “Bell Tower” at Tap 42 Restaurant in the Fort Myers, FL area. You will be working under the supervision of the on-site superintendent. This is a day shift position and requires at least 5 years of experience in Commercial Plumbing with some experience working inside Restaurants.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE EXPEIRENCE WORKING inside of Restaurants and or Bars (you will be required to be in smaller spaces)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings, with a focus on restaurant facilities
- Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while on job sites
Qualifications:
- MUST BE ABLE to Read & Write English – Bilingual is FINE
- MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS DOING COMMERCIAL PLUMBING EXPERIENCE with the majority of the work inside Restaurant and or a Bars setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
Location & Details of Employment:
This is an on-location job MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION: (In the Fort Myers, FL area)
- The job site is in the “Bell Tower”
- Will REQUIRE reliable transportation.
- The Job Hours are: 8am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday) -OT is Possible – (Paid at time & a half)
- MUST HAVE – own Tools & PPE
- Will be working inside in the AC ALL DAY!
