Position: Plumbing Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch plumbers to various job sites based on priority and location.
- Communicate with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job details.
- Ensure plumbers have the necessary tools and materials for each job.
- Handle emergency service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the plumbing or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of plumbing services and terminology is required.
- 4-year college degree.
