Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate bids for commercial plumbing projects

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and job requirements

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers

Perform take-offs and cost analysis for materials and labor

Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profit margins

Requirements :

5 years of estimating experience in commercial plumbing

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, QuickPen, FastPIPE, or similar)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids
