Now hiring an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to work in our fast paced, energetic environment! Must have exceptional people skills, be organized and work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities Include the Following
- Accurately keeping records of calls with customers and digging into the heart of problems to properly communicate concerns to the Team.
- Handling different computer softwares to find and add data to customer files.
- Effectively handle customer related concerns while maintaining polite communication and customer satisfaction.
- Assist Team Lead in admin related tasks when requested including problem resolution, customer communication, permitting, and daily updates to milestone planning board.
- Working 100% in office, organized, and quick paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time / in person / Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 5pm
Requirements
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Familiarity with computer systems
- Willing to work in office, located in Anoka, MN
- Previous call center experience preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
