  • Campus to Corporate : Focusing on live experiential learning, leadership training, and placement mentorship in collaboration with corporate mentors to prepare students for their corporate fitment.
  • Campus to Business : Assisting in idea development, investor pitches, market research, company registration, and providing personalized case-specific mentorships.

Job Title : Sales & Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies, manage the sales team, oversee the sales process, and track sales performance.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution : Create and execute marketing plans to drive awareness, generate leads, and promote mentorship programs.
  • Branding and Positioning : Build and maintain brand image and positioning in the ed tech market.
  • Partnership and Collaboration : Identify and establish partnerships with corporate mentors and industry experts.
  • Student Acquisition and Retention : Develop strategies to acquire and retain students for mentorship programs.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ed tech industry.
  • Content Development : Collaborate with the content team to develop relevant marketing materials.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate mentors and students.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Leadership and Team Management : Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Seek out new opportunities and strategies to improve sales and marketing efforts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment across functions.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Eligibility Criteria :

  • 60% & above in Graduation and Post graduation (MBA), if any.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the ed tech industry.
  • Requirements :

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales and marketing team.
  • Familiarity with different domains of sales & marketing.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and marketing automation tools.
