Skillet’z Cafe is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness and enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools according to health and safety standards • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, including loading and unloading items • Sort and store clean dishes and utensils in the appropriate areas • Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing and kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors • Empty trash and remove kitchen waste to appropriate disposal areas • Assist with kitchen prep tasks as directed by the chef or kitchen manager • Report any maintenance or repair needs for dishwashing equipment • Follow all Skillet’z Cafe sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Requirements: • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen support role preferred, but not required • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and handle hot items safely • Ability to stand and move around for extended periods • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays • Team player who works well with kitchen staff and other team members If you are dependable, take pride in maintaining cleanliness, and enjoy contributing to a team, we’d love to have you join Skillet’z Cafe!
