Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of property management experience.
  • Real Estate License or Property Management Certification.
  • Strong understanding of property management software.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as necessary.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with maintenance and repair processes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
