We are seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator/ Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand division 7 construction projects and the ability to generate accurate estimates, helping us win bids for major projects.
Commercial Construction Estimator/ Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for caulking and protection coating service construction projects using Stack estimating software.
- Assist in the review and interpretations of project plans, specifications, and requirements.
- Manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to develop competitive bids.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks through accurate cost projections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, labor costs, and material pricing.
Commercial Construction Estimator/ Project Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, preferably for caulking or protection coating services.
- Minimum 3 years experience with commercial construction project management.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Salary
- Up to $100k annually, flexible for the right candidate
