What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Plumber position at Skillforce?
We are currently hiring for commercial plumbers for ongoing and upcoming commercial projects in Salisbury, NC. As a commercial plumber you are responsible for working with plumbing equipment and blueprints to assemble, repair, and install plumbing fixtures, piping and various other plumbing tasks. The ideal commercial plumber has 3 years experience. Pay is $24 - $28 per hour based on skill set and experience.
Commercial Plumber Responsibilities:
- Solder and sweat copper pipe
- Groundwork
- Fixture installation
- Working with PVC/CPVC, copper, cast iron
- Pipefitting
- Waste/vent
- Install, repair and maintain water, gas and other piping systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Commercial Plumber Qualifications:
- 3 years plumbing experience
- Valid Driver's License and your own reliable transportation
- Your own hand and power tools
- Authorized to work in the US
- Able to travel as needed
- Able to work night shift as needed
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift and night shift (project depending)
