We are seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. Open to new graduates with some internship/ construction experience that is open to learning and growing with a fast expanding company. This is a direct hire role.
Commercial Construction Estimator Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for caulking and protection coating service construction projects using Stack estimating software.
- Assist in the review and interpretations of project plans, specifications, and requirements.
- Manage projects.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to develop competitive bids.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks through accurate cost projections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, labor costs, and material pricing.
Commercial Construction Estimator Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
- Exposure to construction estimating, through internship or some work experience.
- Understanding of the duties necessary for construction project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Salary
- Up to $100k annually, depending on experience
