Skillforce is currently hiring a skilled Sheet Metal/HVAC Foreman for a commercial project in Fort Campbell, KY. This project is running approximately six to seven months, working forty hours a week Monday through Thursday. Pay for this role is $48.74/hr. ($1,949.60/wk).

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of sheet metal installation.
- Review blueprints and project specifications.
- Plan and assign work schedules.
- Train and supervise the team.
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure job site safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain communication with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate material orders and manage inventory.
- Resolve technical issues on site.
- Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
- Manage project progress and deadlines.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC foreman experience
- Currently owns a personal set of tools required for the trade preferred
- Safety and customer service oriented
- Ability to clearly communicate with everyone on job site: Superintendent, Mechanics, Other Trades, Etc.
- Organized and detail oriented with strong multi-tasking capabilities
