Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
- Ensure proper insurance coverage.
- Approve project invoices and ensure accurate vendor payments.
- Implement QA/QC programs to maintain project standards.
- Lead communication with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam (AutoCAD, P6, HCSS HeavyBid, and Viewpoint a plus).
- Valid driver's license and ability to manage projects within a 1-2 hour radius.
