Skillforce is currently hiring several HVAC Installers for contract to permanent commercial work in Nashville, TN.!

Responsibilities:
- Install VRF systems, including indoor and outdoor units, piping, and controls, according to project blueprints and specifications.
- Connect refrigerant lines, perform leak tests, and ensure proper insulation of pipework.
- Mount and secure ductless systems, air handlers, and other related components.
- Set up and program VRF control systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration.
- Perform start-up and commissioning of VRF systems, troubleshooting issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and worksite cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a VRF Installer or HVAC Technician with VRF system knowledge.
- Strong understanding of VRF systems, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required (Universal preferred).
- Knowledge of HVAC safety practices, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
Salary: $30/hr-$40/hr DOE
