Skillforce is currently hiring several experienced Journeyman Electricians for a commercial project in Wallops Island, VA. Due to security clearances required for the job site, you must be a U.S. Citizen. Pay ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
- Run cable tray and assist with other electrical installation tasks for a commercial project.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper electrical installations.
- Properly set panels and boxes according to project specifications.
- Run and bend EMT conduit for electrical systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure high-quality work throughout the project.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to properly set panels and boxes.
- Proficient in running and bending EMT conduit.
- Own basic hand tools and PPE.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
- Must be a US Citizen due to security clearances required for the job site.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
