We are seeking skilled Journeyman Plumbers to join our team, specializing in commercial plumbing projects in Glasgow, KY. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of plumbing codes, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a contract to hire role, paying up to $35/hr depending upon experience, and the schedule is Monday-Thursday (4/10's) with possible overtime!

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues in commercial buildings.
- Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other tradespeople.
- Perform inspections and tests on plumbing systems using pressure gauges, leak detectors, and other tools.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following company and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on job sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools related to plumbing.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check, no exceptions.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical, industrial, or high-rise commercial plumbing.
- KY Journeyman Plumbing License.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
