Plumbing/HVAC Assistant General Manager Manager Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of plumbers and technicians, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service delivery by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department, managing schedules, dispatching technicians, and monitoring service calls to ensure timely and efficient service
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments of service quality and provide feedback and training to staff to ensure high standards are maintained
- Budget Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing service quality
- Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Plumbing/HVAC Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years plumbing service manager experience
- Ability to pass a background and MVR check
- Master Plumbing Licensed preferred
- Valid Driver's License
