Urgent Hiring: Heavy Civil Project Manager
SkillForce is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager for an immediate opportunity in Newtown, PA. This high-priority role requires someone with a proven track record in heavy civil construction, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
$105,000 - $145,000 per year (based on experience)
Incentive compensation included.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cost, schedule, and safety for both self-performed and subcontracted work.
Manage subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and ensure proper insurance coverage.
Approve project invoices and ensure accurate vendor payments.
Implement QA/QC programs to maintain project standards.
Lead communication with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure project delivery meets safety, cost, and timeline expectations.
Requirements:
8 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety practices, and QA/QC.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam (AutoCAD, P6, HCSS HeavyBid, and Viewpoint a plus).
Valid driver’s license and ability to manage projects within a 1-2 hour radius.
