Residential Plumber and HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Professionally install, maintain, and repair plumbing and HVAC systems in residential settings
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating solutions and addressing client needs
- Ensure job site safety and compliance with regulations
- Document work completed and materials used for each project
Residential Plumber and HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing or HVAC services
- Valid plumbing or HVAC license, along with any necessary certifications (EPA for HVAC) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
