Currently seeking skilled and experienced Storage Tank Welders to join our team in for several upcoming nationwide projects. As a Storage Tank Welder you are responsible for performing welding operations on storage tanks in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Pay is $26 - $34 per hour (per diem possible)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations on storage tanks in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure project completion within designated timelines and budgets.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and challenges.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Storage Tank Welder
- Must possess reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Able to pass a DISA drug test and background check.
- Able to pass a weld test (6G TIG, Flux)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively communicate with others.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required by job assignments.
- Welding certifications are a plus
