Position Summary
We are seeking an Associate Director to lead global project management efforts for the launch of lecanemab in Alzheimer’s disease. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment of strategic goals, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The position is instrumental in supporting global and regional execution of launch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate global project plans for Alzheimer’s launch readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain schedules and budget adherence
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and performance
- Ensure effective communication and integration across global and regional teams
- Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the Global Alzheimer’s Disease Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management
- Proven expertise in global product launch and commercialization
- Proficiency in project management tools; PMP certification is an asset
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in neurology or Alzheimer’s disease is preferred
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
