Full-time Job Description Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA) position is for people with a passion for assisting others. The CRA role is an integral part of a broader team that takes incoming calls from our customer base while addressing customer service issues. We are looking for candidates who wish to gain financial expertise while growing professionally. Our successful CRAs assist clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about their account balances to guide them to the appropriate resources. The goal remains consistent for all interactions: Help customers feel more confident about their financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Educate clients about their personal brokerage accounts
Provide exceptional service to all of our clients by processing their requests in an accurate and timely manner
Inform clients about Fidelitys products and services to build loyalty and retention.
Support clients in making confident financial decision.
Optimize client experience at Fidelity and developing relationships and partnerships with clients.. Requirements:
Willing to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses (Provided by the employer, if qualified)
Experience in people facing industries including service, retail, healthcare, or hospitality
Ability to demonstrate a passion for customer service
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work well on teams and in fast-paced, cross-collaborative environments.
