Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
