Skills is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Support Assistant for our regional office in Hanover, PA. The typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:15 am - 4:15 pm but flexibility is required. This position is responsible for performing administrative support functions for all components of the assigned department(s). It is also responsible for providing administrative and/or clerical support to Directors and Managers. The ASA maintains financial accounts and records for the people we support and performs billing functions. The ASA will also be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones and directing callers.
Requirements
Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and must be very proficient in Excel, using graphics and spreadsheet software and MicroSoft Teams. Customer service and organizational skills are required. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Valid PA driver's license required. Qualified candidate will have two (2) years secretarial or related clerical work and/or administrative experience. Relevant courses in business and office related curriculum preferred.
Salary : $17 - $21
