Skills is seeking a full time Associate Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation to serve the Centre County area. This position is responsible for ensuring that the daily activities offered at the Psychiatric Rehabilitation (PR) programs are designed to provide participants the opportunity to become informed about their illness and what recovery means, assess what skills and supports are needed to attain or maintain a valued role in the community and develop action plans to achieve them. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintains program license, assures program compliance, prepares required reports, completes monthly billing processes and any other responsibilities or duties outlined in the job description.

Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification, or a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years work experience in mental health direct service, 2 years of which must be work experience in a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist position. CPRP certification shall be attained within 2 years of hire as a PRS director.
- Supervisory and management experience strongly preferred.
- Valid PA drivers' license required.
- Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
Salary : $49,000 - $63,000
