About the Hours:
This position is primarily first shift, however a lot of flexibility is needed. During times of staffing issues, call-offs, the needs of the program, increases in demand, etc. this position will be required to provide the hands-on supports and services to the people who receive our services. This position requires some on-call responsibilities.
About the Manager Position
Provides the support and assistance to people we support to achieve skills necessary to live independently within the community and to create conditions within the homes to facilitate growth and self-awareness.
The Manager of Community Home Services is responsible for supervision and oversight of the Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals in the assigned Community Homes. The Manager plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall delivery of services in accordance with current federal, state, and program standards, guidelines and regulations as well as organizational policy and procedure. The Manager also recommends changes that would improve services performed.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A residential program manager shall have one of the following groups of qualifications:
- A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1-year work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years' work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability.
- An associate degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years' work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability.
Salary : $54,000 - $68,000
