Upholstery Fabricator

Job Description

Jet manufacturing company looking for Upholstery Fabricator for their Little Rock location. Would fabricate, develop, build, sew and cover aircraft soft goods using 3D models and blueprints.

This will be a long term contract position.

Duties:

• Perform sewing operations in accordance to company's standards.
• Fabricate seat covers and other aircraft parts using company's stands of quality including but not limited to the ability to straight, French, or lock stich and serge.
• Operate and adjust industrial single needle and double stitch machines.
• Comply with daily maintenance of the machines.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in upholstery, sewing or related.
• Able to align intricate or elaborate designs in fabrics.
• Visual capacity and muscular dexterity to work on fine detail, high cost products with a minimum of errors and rework.
• Must not be allergic to chemical, solvents, paints, adhesives, natural or manmade materials.
