Skills Unlimited, Inc. is seeking motivated Professional Manager in Joplin, MO. Will oversee program implementation and write and review program progress. Responsible for the direct supervision of assistant managers, staff and staffing schedules. Facilitates relationships between parents/guardians and oversee personnel. Reviews to include incident reports, charts and funds. Must have ability to work independently and respond effectively to crisis situations.
Will report directly to Director of Joplin Services
Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field of study and at least two years experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
