Copier company seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Help Desk Support Clerk to join our team. Candidate must have recent Information technology (IT) , computer help desk and IT support experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive help desk tickets for customers needing assistance.
- Remote into copiers and download information to upload on new copier.
- Resolve with any issues.
- Remote into copier to assist with issues.
- Complete any task assigned by management.
Skills
- Must have RECENT Information Technology (IT)/ help desk experience
- CompTIA A certification required or willing to obtain certification once hired
- Microsoft 365 certified: Fundamentals, modern desktop administrator associate
- Google IT Support professional certificate
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
After probation period raise would be offered.
