A home and business alarm company in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for an Alarm Monitor/Dispatcher who is dependable and professional with excellent customer service skills and works well under pressure to work. This is a work in office position.
This company is looking to hire immediately.
- Monitor alarms of businesses and residential customers
- Call owner/manager if alarm goes off
- Follow company procedures to dispatch appropriate emergency services when necessary
- Must have good customer service skills and comfortable with computers.
2 different shifts available:
Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
$13.00 an hour
FBI and State Police background check
No felonies or misdemeanors
Smoke-free environment
This is a long-term temporary assignment.
