We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Product Support Representative to join our Clothing Brand company. Location: Orange, CA
Pay Range: $22 - $24/hr
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve product-related issues by guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Take initiative in identifying potential problems and providing effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions, reported issues, and solutions in the support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, quality assurance, and sales to resolve complex product concerns.
- Assist customers with product setup, operation, and maintenance best practices.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve product design and user experience.
- Stay up to date on product specifications, updates, and new features.
- Educate customers on product functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Process product returns, exchanges, or warranty claims as needed.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up with the customer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or product troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyze and address customer concerns.
- Takes initiative and works independently to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
