Pay Range: $65k - $75k
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store meets sales goals and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer concerns.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and drive sales.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and develop action plans to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment for employees.
